Does anyone know anything about the reorg tied to the rumored new tech platform we’re bringing in? Hearing different things but nothing solid. Curious if anyone has more details?

Cloud has its place, but it's definitely not a silver bullet. In many cases the costs can be rediculously high as we have seen in the past. Still, vendors continue to wave their revenue generating solutions in front of our leadership. All that glitters isn't necessarily gold. By the time they figure this out, a lot of senior talent will have left. Executives never admit mistakes. They just modify their naratives.
IT is a mess. The Japan guy is clueless. He has no understanding of health insurance business. Another bad hire by Humana.
@OP tech platform in what way? Like Epic? Moving data to cloud? Something else?
