Breaking NEWS! ALL 5 day RTO halted effective immediately!!!!

Wow somebody must have filed a lawsuit with some teeth to it. All 5 day RTO halted effective immediately. Announcement forthcoming Friday Morning!!!!
Someone must have got caught targeting and separating employees in groups for 3 day versus 5 day RTO. Now they want to hide it by classifying everyone as 3 day RTO.

This forum is going to go crazy with this red meat!!!!!!!

  6. Deliberately targeting employees with 5 days while others are 3 and some even 1.

This could be the reason - Today, the Supreme Court ruled 9-0 against reverse descrimination. Maybe over index of majority class employees they want to get rid of were asked to relocate compared to minority class employees.

Though he joined Jackson’s opinion, Justice Clarence Thomas noted in a separate opinion that some of the country’s “largest and most prestigious employers have overtly discriminated against those they deem members of so-called majority groups.”

They look like id--ts; check that, they're confirming they're id--ts when they have townhall on Monday saying locations will be 5 days starting Monday only to walk it back today and say 3-days for certain locations until further notice.

Real information on the ATS share point page: Lenox still shows 6/9. At Alpharetta some orgs show 6/9, some show later dates (6/23, August, or TBD). Bedminster is TBD. The August and TBD dates for Alpharetta are new. All other locations are already 5-day.

Also, company cars and fuel cards will be issued to all that still must commute in 3 days per week, and catered lunch will be provided daily.

That’s an easy one, the groups they targeted for early 5x8 and hourly reporting targets were the groups they wanted to eliminate the most people. Everyone else that kept getting passes they wanted to keep those people. Sadly not enough left, so now they are back to surpluses.
