Anyone know what’s taking so long to back fill these NTS guys that are retiring? Our work is backing up and we are missing commitments. Excuse after excuse

Backfilling shutdown in ATS, at least in the US. Wouldn't be surprised if still allowed in India, Mexico, etc.
Why would there be backfills when remaining managers can cover down?
It’s an everything job out of region - field and office. It’s a home garage job (for now) where they expect you to cover field ABFS/LNS/TELCO23/OSP locations and drive off the clock to be at your barely manned CO on time every morning. Not going to happen. Park the trucks if you don’t like it. Southeast management doesn’t have a clue what we do or what to do with us. But some backfills after 3 years would be nice.

If you RTO and actually worked, wouldn't have to backfill anything.

What about the watermark in the Leg T/CWA contract?? Already a couple hundred below! Where's the accountability, enforcement and remedy?? Arbitration and mediation is a f'n joke!

Here's a scoop = Leg T to be combine with Lumen and Blackrock and be sold to pvt. equity.
CWA backs the big T with Justice Department, and gets to negotiate one big beautiful Union contract that sc--ws everyone.
CWA gets more dues paying members - AT&T gets to waste more money and sc--w more consumers.

My team has resided from 28 to 18, nothing ever back filled. Our workload increased but no body cares.
Why would Legg back fill these jobs for guys that sit in a CO all day watching soap operas 🤣🤣
