With GBM Functions already being deployed to new roles and project assignments while the brand team members are left in the dark, what's the over/under on Project Teams being the distraction from a broader re-org this summer? This new project assignment model feels a bit too convenient to elevate those already deemed as golden children with LT, while others are left forgotten and stagnating with demeaning JPA titles they were gifted 2 years ago. No way this supposed new project model works. Call it Categories or call it Fields of Play, bring back sport expertise and Nike brand passion to GBM with career growth trajectory beyond the select few.
