Can someone please tell me why did my quota just skyrocket for June. Its like here you go work more & get paid less. WT F Verizon!!!! Let’s hear these Aes talk about we gave you the tools and offers and cr-p. My quota went up 50% from May which was already fng high….

They skim from their employees... it's been happening for years. Can't make enough from the customer... then they will take it from you. Time for a walk out.

Last June our rev was 5600 per rep this year its $8700 That's over 60% higher for the exact same attainment amount? When the raise revenue they should raise what you make +60% so attainment would be over $2100 . The commission structure is antiquated and charge backs should be eliminated for the frontline.The disconnect is no fault of the rep a majority of the time.For an extreme woke company they use an commission system that doest coincide with their culture.
Same on our end. More work for the same pay. This company starting to look pretty desperate. Soon they will be desperate for workers.
