Better business bureau is political like everything else.
I also heard that people are paid to create false reviews on Glassdoor to try to boost ratings and outweigh the constant negative reviews by teammates. They also actively work to have negative reviews removed if they can find a reason to challenge a breach in terms.
It says it right on the site:
Customer Reviews are not used in the calculation of the BBB Letter Grade Rating.
And beyond that customer reviews aren't even especially useful. People are bad at reviewing things, the sites rarely require you to prove you even interacted with the brand, and groups will run consolidated efforts to push scores down for various reasons.
That i$ a wonderful $tory, life changing, thank$
