Only if you can spell commission
The real lovers are the ones who can't realize they've overstayed their welcome
@3ctb, I did take the vsp... if one has the means, I HIGHLY recommend it.... oh, wait...
Keep squeezing those dried up lemons Vteamers! Maybe eventually you'll get some crumbs from the Hanzi scheme. If you work really hard you can fill up the bucket with fresh lemons for Hans
@3jfh+1jwipVA5: how many greeters can Walmart hire?
Boomer: Born from 1946-1964.
WTF part of retail do you people work in where there are people in their upper 50’s and higher ? Certainly not in the retail stores.
Ya shoulda taken the VSP.
If you don't have the brains to leave now, you sure wouldn't ever have had the foresight to make sure you were on that train.
Ah yes when the juice ain't worth the squeeze you must adapt even if that means leaving the very sinking ship that has all the dried up Lemons
If they all boomers then you a dried up lemon, keep squeezing b-a
If you're unable or unwilling to adapt... you're a boomer. Just because you've only been on this planet 20 years doesn't mean your mind isn't rigid and inflexible. It's time to quit and find a job that is a better fit for you.
@2omd+1jwipVA5 Correct but the spoiled old guards aren’t even close to being a boomer. You have good people wanting to leave this company in their 20’s and 30’s not 60’ and 70’s.
Sounds like that's exactly what needs to happen. The spoiled old guard needs to step off and make room for the new blood. Good job, boomer... good riddance!
I was with the company for over ten years and while the pto was nice, the incentives kept being reduced to what they are now. I used to make a $3k commission plus my hourly and sometimes bonus rec you $ on top of that. But back then we were individually incentivised to hustle. Now it's a sit back and let the new hires work hard so we can all make the same weak check of $600. I put in my 2 weeks a few days ago. I'm already looking forward to not working black Friday at this sh it show
1aux- I thought all y'all just got commission only. No base and no benes.
My sympathy for ya just left the building. I'd ki-l for a 401k and ANY paid time off.
Wow!!! You guys really don't have anything to b!tch about. I'm gonna apply as soon as I see a posting!
@1gxk+1jwipVA5 Yes there are tenured people making $25+ an hour and whatever skimpy commission bonus they get monthly. It definately the higher hourly , PTO and 401k plan keeping a lot from leaving. No entry level job will match that hourly and 5 plus weeks of pto time.
It sounds like the commission isn't that great, and you guys really aren't that happy with it.
What keeps you here? With employers desperate for good employees, No one has to work where they're unhappy. Something must offset the low commission... what is it? Base pay? Benefits? Flexible hours?
Team comission
Hitting a 2.0 multiplier is near impossible and if you do the whole store only gets a whopping $1800 before taxes .
Commission is horrible as team commission! Even after exceeding 100 percent after 37 percent tax taken out of it, our average take home monthly is around 580-710. A giant slap to the face to those of us that try. This company sucks!!
No commission just a team bonus at the end of the month if you meet or exceed a lofty goal that was set by out of touch people that are running the company into the ground and smiling while doing so.
Short Answer: No
Long Answer: It’s team commission, not worth a damn stay away
