Not as much fun to watch as leadership/managers that have no clue what they are doing! Keep going external also since all the qulaified internal candidates have already been eradicated. Those cheap overseas call centers contracts came with a price, (poor overseas imported leadership) time to pay for those decisions with the customer base leaving.
