Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

Verified: CCRS is not adding up

One of my coworkers just showed me their commission statement and compared it to all the PU he’s been doing.

He's over 30% HPU, but his HPU sold does not match to the PU payout in his upgrades.

Who should we bring this up to? The GM says good luck trying to fight it but this is some straight nonsense and to email some offline team but this is ridiculous that the company isn’t honoring what they said.

Laure Bolla is the CFO of shared services including commissions. Right? Right? Nobody is allowed to make any decisions but her, so I'd go straight to the CFO if you need a commissions change.

And then because of all that if it’s not 80% attainment then it’s write up. This unfair practice should be shared or posted to compare how unfair Verizon is compared to others. HR won’t do anything not will the finance team. Ethics could but they’ll keep their lips sealed as well. Their should be Dept of Labor involvement in order to get rid of these unfair policies.

Same goes for me but coming from a 14 year vet at this... It's best not to bring this up to commissions/finance team... You will have a red dot on you for the longest... Everything you do will be put on blast...

Reminder that you will be opening up the floodgates for them to investigate all you do
