Be a yes man

Sure it’s obvious, but even if you are a top performer, doesn't make you safe.
They’re going after anyone who has ever stood up for employee rights and not afraid to share feedback. If you have any sense of morals, and see things going wrong but want to keep your job; better learn to shut up and just be a yes man.

As we’ve all seen, this company is ran by some of the most hypocritical, lying, fraudsters known. Now is the time you gotta make the decision to value wealth & stability; or ethics & morals.

Agreed with the post. Actually got burnt going against monolithic. Apps and writing nimble ones is going against politics here.. beware, managers/ directors work behind the scenes and ki-l your career.

I’ve noticed when people like you bi--h and complain, that it ruins the culture of the team. I’ve brought up multiple issues I’ve seen from process improvement to leadership feedback and never once was treated any different. Quit pouting and grow the fu-k up.

You should always bring your best and be a yes man. You should bring up problems/issues only when you have a solution for them. Don’t complain. If employees rights are being infringed upon, check local labor laws for information and the rights you have.

I agree with this 150%. I was a top performer and was given the opportunity to work on some projects. However, as soon as I spoke my mind when things weren't right, I was pulled from projects and went back to my regular role. I was never given the opportunity to work on anything extra/projects again. Resigning after almost 26yrs was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
