I haven’t heard much and we are pretty close to holiday shopping season when additional foot traffic is imminent. Does this mean no greeters either ? Seems to me this is all being set up for failure. What has leadership learned this past year ? The numbers don’t lie.

We all laughed at this and promptly deleted the email. Would be funny to see how the mo*ons lie/cheat/steal from their customers in person though.
This company is so backwards they are legit bringing back the experience specialists that they laid off years ago to help out. We wouldn't need "holiday helpers" from customer service if you.didnt lay everyone off. Huge L as per usual
Last year our greeter was the cause of a number of escalations. The problem is that our customers don’t want to wait and start asking the greeter questions that she could only answer by accessing the account! For example “ Yes you get $ 800 for your trade in “ unfortunately after an hour wait when the csr got to the rep and explained that their iPhone 6 s doesn’t qualify Then the explosion begins,the greeter was only trying to help but was also told by mgmt don’t give specifics just smile put them in the queue and tell them the wait times. She lasted the “Black Friday weekend “ when she no showed and got fired. I can’t wait this year on the explanation of the $30 set up fee and the crying and complaining the customers will do. So no we don’t need any holiday help just have the Ast mgrs sup there

Looks like bau and their only solution right now is to gather more black Friday leads?! We have short hours because of staffing but black Friday they want us 8am-8pm. They are smoking crack. However really it will just be a normal day. "Here to upgrade, make an appointment or go online"
