Received word today that we're all allowed to leave early for the holiday weekend but only as long as some stay behind to cover and those who leave early put in an R&R request. SP is so insecure and she takes it out on her team.

She has no real background in compliance. And, her boss AR has never fired anyone. He is afraid to do it.
