Verizon is notorious for slamming customers and misguiding and misinforming customers on a daily basis

This isn’t new nor is it exclusive to vzw. Big 3 and many MVNOs do the same. If the cust actually reads the damn thing instead of clicking on things like a toddler, they would be fine.
Verizon sales is a joke.... take it from a 20 yr sales mgr. Cheat to win. Everyday is a fire drill and everything matters the most. Great is never good enough... no one ever says "great job lets do it again tomorrow". It's, "you need to do better tomorrow". Junk company and it will never change. Blackrock c suite troll. Money and globalism vs customer and employee.
True but employee to employee relationships are worse. I've never met a bigger bunch of liars and brown nosers than my time at VZW. Almost finished, will retire after the bonuses are paid out in 2026.
How can we let the public know if what's going on?
I'm sure the C Level execs would po-p in their pants when stockholders find out and media is involved
Maybe they would treat the Frontline sales reps better???
Verizon is a culture of cheating. From selling to the customer to reporting skewed results on made up tasks. Fake it to look good. A company of no ethics
the "AI" is practically forcing customers to add perks.
try moving from a retired plan to a new mix and match. the first screen is an immediate add 1 of 3 perks. you literally have to go out of your way to skip the perks.
they love touting that customers are opting in to perks through self service as a means to tell us we (reps) should be able to do the same thing. but what they leave out is that most of these perks are being auto added because customers are just adding it without actually knowing its optional.
