I can confirm the layoffs have began and are ongoing. Seems to be teams notified in small batches instead of a massive all-at-once RIF. Jobs are being outsourced to Philippines. Agents are required to train their replacements to receive severance in some cases, totally just dismissed in other cases.

First Data now FiServe does the same BS. Severance is tied to your training your replacement.
That’s so fu---d up!! I’m so sorry yall. For everyone still employed, hopefully you can make it through. At least that way when you’re applying for new jobs, you have a paycheck. It seems like everyone needs to start thinking of their exit strategy
