Sadly, it's not too early to start thinking about the next round. We know that we're nowhere close to the number of laid off employees the leadership wants to see. I'm just wondering if they'll let us breathe for a while and not have any more layoffs this year or if we'll be hit again in a week or two?

Honestly I wish they'd just get on with it. I don't want to go through another month of zero communication while I wait and see if they'll be letting me go. I would just quit but financially that will be so much harder than if they pay me a severance. Even so, I'm preparing my resume and looking for jobs because there has to be a cut off point. This company is destroying my mental health.
