Really, what type of reports are those?
I know someone who got laid off the last round..she was one of these quiet quitters, she went months doing al little as possible...management has reports on how productive people are...got laid off and then was crying telling everyone what a hard worker she was.

It is happening all the time. People are becoming so fed up with policies that are applied irrverently.
