I am so glad to see so many wonderful leaders Truist has laid off or run off finding bigger and better opportunities at other banks.
In the future I think business schools will use Truist as a case study on how to not create a positive culture and how to not build high performing executive leadership and how not to appreciate good talent.
My post graduate studies, had us write about the lack of synergy between this merger. It’s already a thing. This company is so far gone.

The Truist merger will be taught in business schools on how not to do a merger. However, it's amazing that SunTrust basically bought BBT with BBTs money.... lol
