Finally! I recall a conversation with a Sr Director about 1 year ago where he told me HR advised him that his team needed more diversity and to keep that in mind with the head count he just had approved. I am sorry but if the diverse person is not the most qualified does that mean he would still need to hire them? He did and it was instant regret.
This won't help Verizon at all. Let's see how well the company does.

It means they changed the term back to nepotism from dei. They to give unqualified white any job. Then they started giving unqualified black people jobs now they are back to unqualified whites again!
Americans really are a fancy third world nation. The way they talk about race is weird, lazy, and ignorant of the world around them. A white person from America goes to Japan, they are an American. A black person from America goes to Japan, they are also an American. The rest of the world doesn’t care about your made up views on culture and race. You inbreds look for any reason to hate each other. The color of your skin is an easy excuse to make that happen.
