Most of our work (techops) is being pushed to MSA's overseas...how long until we are in the position of the Disney people training their Indian replacements

Don't believe it's related only to support. This is purely a cost move. Like most businesses, Nike operations people don't know how to work with tech. The reverse is also true. Add in incapable 'leadership' and you're left with a tech capability that doesn't deliver. You might as well go cheap on your resources since you won't be happy with the end result either way.
Additionally, this gives 'leadership' someone external to blame.
From what I hear, MSAs are for only those teams that are in support functions. The MSAs are not to replace employees, just so you know.
