Micromanaging at it's finest without micromanaging. Report ran at some point this week or last showing where people are using wireless headsets, keyboards and mouses, why does it matter. Why is it ok for managers to rummage through their homes while on their wireless headsets, have teams on their phones to gallivant around town?? It truly does start at the top, most of us little people are working our as--s off while our supervisors and business managers are living the dream. I know someone reads these posts! How about looking at the bigger picture and being more transparent about wth is really going on with this company. Like come one Navigators are making 50+ outbound calls a day, and do you know how many members answer those phone calls? probably about 3, the rest already have our phone number blocked. Then you expect us to have these survey goals, when we meet the goal that's not enough because we have not had enough surveys. Well how can I get more surveys when I make 50+ outbound calls a day and no one answers, and if a member does answer they are so freaking frustrated because you guys have 20 different departments calling them per week. Also, who ever got the hand in the navigation pot ruined what the program was really supposed to be!
