Union titles of DT and ET in the CNIO org, anyone else have more information? The offer for System Techs back in February was SIPP plus 50k, 7 more years and I’ll put my hand up. I remember when they offered the same back in 2020 for FT & ST titles.

Negotiating, yeah sure, we know how that goes! It takes forever and accomplishes nothing! Seems like the discussions are in passing, nothing serious!
Many of us in the Leg T contract are sure wanting what we call, the VTP, similar to your SIPP, but we have the bitter/sweet "watermark" which is the supposed minimum number of workers, so that blocks layoffs thus the VTP, although they're negotiating a workaround now so hopefully we'll get the VTP. Good luck to you all getting the SIPP.

A nice little 15% bump in SIPP with new contract, paying off now. It’s been real but not fun anymore, time to retire and enjoy the Golden Age. Making more most days in the markets than working.

I'm in District 9 (California) and they made offers to almost 400 MSTs and Specials techs, and I think they got enough volunteers to take all the spots! MSTs were offered $25k plus a year of pay and Specials were offered $50k and a year of pay. The ones that took the offer will be out of the company by this Friday.
We are hearing that there will be an offer for Comm Techs and DEG Techs next. The number we are hearing is that they will want up to 300 employees gone.

I really wish they would give you all a final offer so we can quit hearing all the bs rumors. Won’t be an offer now or in the future. They’ve already said that in just about every townhall for the past 10 years. Those days are long gone. Retire already.
Stop the rumors, never gonna happen! You union members are wishful thinking out loud! T doesn't have $50k to give away to its employees! I'm a union member and would love nothing more than for you to get a SIPP, but it's over! The days of those types of offers are behind us!
