NYC is doomed. We have the worst senior director I’ve ever seen and I’ve been here for more than two decades. She doesn’t know her A** from her elbow. Literally just a lap dog for CF and JA. The directors are miserable, the SMs are miserable and all looking for a way out. The results are garbage because the employees just don’t care anymore. What a mess!!!! Get rid of BL!!!!!

@b4 Atlantic south is the best place to work! KZ is a great leader. Thanks for taking BL from VA, she got promoted and kept up her old ways. I’ve said for almost 2 years in pulse her antics and the issues everyone had with her and nothing was done but she was given the promotion of a lifetime. She’s also a tad racist so enjoy that one.

Instead of talking to higher ups about this ridiculous quota we have month after month BL just wants to have nonsense leadership calls , employees are fed up with anchor lines . How else are they suppose to hit their quota ? Everyday there is a new article on how verizon su-ks , consumers are reading that too so why would they switch . In my long tenure thus is by far the worst time bcoz our senior director and their bosses dont give a sh-t instead they are quick at blaming

Honestly, the leadership above senior director? It's a ghost town when it comes to actual talent. We're all just spinning our wheels on pointless busywork instead of, you know, doing the actual damn job.

Such a sad situation. SS had the territory moving and groving. Now, we’ll…now its a mess, the store managers are all posting out to new jobs as there looks to be no future here anymore. Just come to work to help make BL correct her leaderboard rankings which feels like running on a hamster wheel with no end in sight. I am burnt out, so it the rest of my district. No money being made and a clown at the top.

Let’s be honest BL is in way over her head. She doesn’t know what she’s doing, and it shows in every decision, every meeting. There’s no vision, no inspiration, just scrambling and micromanaging dressed up as strategy.
She stepped into a role with big shoes to fill a legacy built by people who knew how to connect, listen, and move people.

Morale is gone. Trust is gone. And the culture is on life support. You can’t inspire when you lead from fear. You can’t earn respect when you don’t understand the people you’re leading.

Leadership isn’t a title, it’s a responsibility. And right now, no one’s following.
