They roll in bright-eyed thinking they’ll change the game but Nike reality hits them soon and hard. By month three at the most that spark is gone. At least they learn quick and bail before getting trapped like the rest of us. Watching hope die that fast is rough though.

I wonder who in PR has the assignment to come on here and put up those cheesy “come on guys” comments. It’s so obvious Nike has their people on here trying to promote a better image. Rather than having someone dedicated to TheLayoff, how about they put all that time in effort into treating their employees better. Then they can get real reviews.
really....even when the company made it publicly aware that there is not a promotion process and the approved way to get a higher tier role is to apply at the external job board.....and....when year end reviews go straight to the bit bucket recycle bin....ya...that sounds great....oh ,and watching co-workers that have less than 1/4 of those that are "stuck" get the "promotion" -- even there are "no" promotions.
ya sounds great....real great.... I mean, none of this should be hard, if the goal is to get rid of good employees as fast as possible they are doing a fabulous job!!
This has to be some troll or Chatgbt post. Give me a break. Anyone that works at Nike is beyond fortunate. And I know a lot of people there that are happy and proud to work there. Times are tough, buck up.
