Had to stop by the office today and I saw 2 maybe 3 people on my floor at the building I work in Minneapolis. I don’t plan on coming in either unless absolutely forced….

What will be interesting is the managers that have the ceptfors. Yeah you read that right it’s the “I want everybody in the office three days a week, except for yada yada because of blah blah”. Be prepared to document the heck out of it because it will come up and if you don’t have proof that somebody isn’t playing by the rules and you have to your manager will just brush it to the side. I tell you to take it to HR but do they even exist anymore?
