If you are a client, you should have received a survey. Fill it out and be 100% honest. Let FB know how awful he is.

Not all clients get surveys, that practice was stopped several years ago.
I am also a client and some of my coworkers, along with myself, received a survey from Fiserv, specifically geared towards Frank B, and everyone at our organization trashed him due to the severe service degradation and lack of ownership, knowledge, experience, etc., that exists there now. All due to poor decisions made by Frank B. and his executive team. His total compensation package as CEO is also disgusting - Google it. The info is there. He keeps raking it in during all of this.
They are doing the same thing to clients as they are the workers... implementing their strategy to massively cut back the workforce (resulting in massively degraded service) & hoping to fly under the radar as long as they can before word gets out.
They really don't care what the client base really thinks - so I suspect they are selective in who they send surveys to in order to ensure only good reviews.
I am a client and this is the second time someone at Fiserv has mentioned a survey to us and we haven't received it.
