yeah in Brno CIC, its running in a full scale benching people, and thise who are not on bench, they do work which left after them = its like working camp conditions, hope managers will come soon as they shoul know its not have to so with ethic and some new project placement ! its a BS still
Depends on location but all the time. Plenty people on bench meant to leave soon (no new internal assignments). A lot of structural changes all the time to select entire teams to be dissolved. I speak globally. But it's not only company laying people off. Market is hard in general. Hard to find new job outside. Bad times. Do certificates, edu, take as much as possible from the company, update your CV I stay vigilant. In the meantime stock value raises because investors really like when companies laying off a lot of people. Just crazy
Layoffs? Why are we still working here? It's our own faults. How long has the writing been on the wall? I only blame myself.
