We “peons” don’t matter and must cut expenses but this doesn’t apply for Bill and his misfit crew. Don’t forget the $7MM one time bonuses that were awarded last year while we are told to save paper clips before shredding documents
It’s about priorities and you Teammates and the customers are not, you understand that right. It’s about the brand and building it up for merger and or sale. The operation of this bank since Bill and his gang took over has been terrible. Look no further than the stock price which has been depressed for 4 years while every other big bank is up 40% or more during a time when the economy has boomed. The bigger question is why it has been allowed to happen without a change at the top? SMDH
This golf tournament is the poster child for a decision made by a tone deaf organization. RM’s are told to pinch pennies, cut our local donation budgets, and not drive too far to see our clients. Yet certain people get to fly around the country endlessly for events like this.
