If they actually paid attention to these "anonymous Internet trolls" they could probably learn something. But no, they'd rather offshore and drive good talent away with policies that aren't employee friendly. People produce more and have better ideas when they're happy. They collaborate and adapt to change better when they feel respected and valued. But yea, simply producing more is the answer I guess.
