Fiserv is running like an airline that decides to cut its entire workforce to 70% of what it needs to operate. A little lower than a skeleton crew. Employees are told to work harder and we aren’t getting more people so shut up about it. We begin having issues. Ticketing goes down. The solution? Add more rules and more work but not more people. A plane goes down. Add more rules and more work. People start quitting. Add more rules and more work. This is crazy town.

Right on spot. Terrible place to work. Micromanaging is just unbelievable. Pretty much ad-hoc meeting always at lunch time. Fricken place won't even allow to eat peacefully.
Don't worry, in time Sapience will gain sentience and take all our jobs. No need to hire humans.
Kind of like how 'ru-p is running the FAA, isn't it? And the whole government for that matter.
