Things have changed drastically for me in the past few months. We have people leaving, getting laid off, getting fired, and to top it all, one of the few guys who're still on my team is getting a divorce and is now doing more harm than good because his head is not in the game. I am now stressing more than ever because our work deadlines are slipping and I can't afford to lose this job right now. Is anybody else dealing with something similar or am I the 'lucky' exception?

Just like I deal with any other job that started to suck - leave. Nothing to it. Part of being a (working) adult.
"Chill out, it is just a job."
Can we replace the homepage with this? Just this.
Chill out, it is just a job.
Next time you feel yourself getting stressed, take a moment and remind yourself that it is just a job and you can only accomplish what you can in the time given. This is especially true if you are still WFH, since it is super easy to lump work and home stresses all together and have them feed on each other.
Leaving or getting laid off is not the end of the world either. Sh-t happens. If the divorcing person is making your job difficult, emphasize this to your manager, and hope s/he can escalate it, tell them you don’t have time to clean up their mess.
It is just a job.
does the company still pay you? then do the work and collect money.

Someone getting a divorce? No way! First time thats ever happened!
i am honestly asking you why you care. in the service i got the same pay, same points, same everything if i was using a mop or a rifle.
IF THE MONEY IS STILL THERE, WHY DO YOU CARE???
I was from the Support team awhile back and I recall that famous line when you are troubleshooting a user VM problem:
“VMX has left the building”
Well I literally left the building/left VMW when the company started getting woke and mgmt stopped listening to the employees and stopped the dialogues.
You cannot deal with it. Leave. No job is worth hanging about if you cannot work it mentally or physically. It’s just a job. Move on
Not heard of anyone getting laid off yet
Run, don’t walk. Get out while you can
