Maybe I'm missing something in the jumbled sentence from the OP. Are they really trying to say this isn't a change for June 2nd, but a change to have two hours of work from home on Friday? So, keep all of the downsides of the commute, both in time and fuel costs, with an annoyingly insignificant time at home? Is this some BS scheme so we can say we have part time work from home options so we don't immediately scare away perspective employees without actually offering it in any meaningful way?

Fiserv culture is in the toilet. Imagine if they slowly peel back all the id--tic failure of leadership Frank-isms? You would likely see a gradual leap in morale and a real opportunity to slowly recover from the Fr-ancer that just might be cut out of the organization soon?
I agree, I wouldn't believe a word until it was implemented.

What does that even accomplish? The whole reason for WFH is to avoid the traffic. This makes no sense. But it IS Fiserv management we are talking about!
