She should be fired for the sole crime of promoting and enabling SB.
Relentlessly failed upwards for years and years. No obvious successes. Literally can’t think of a single one. Billions of shareholder value destroyed. Many, many people thrown under the bus. Culture destroyed when Sales went under her bulldozer.

Yet she is gone (well going) so I understand frustration for wasted time and we can all learn something from the past but it feels like it's time as a company to move forward.
Read the market, tailor products to market research, innovate in a way that has ROI as an important consideration, rethink it ALL.
The past contains lessons but not necessarily a good operating model for 2025 and beyond. So always going back to "how it used to be since it was so much better back then" just doesn't work, the world has changed...
