Read the market, tailor products to market research, innovate in a way that has ROI as an important consideration, rethink it ALL.
The past contains lessons but not necessarily a good operating model for 2025 and beyond. So always going back to "how it used to be since it was so much better back then" just doesn't work, the world has changed...
