This place will work you to the bone without a shred of remorse. They see hard workers as targets. Pile on the load until you crack, then replace you without blinking. The expectations are insane, the pressure never lets up, and God forbid you need a break. It's not sustainable, and they know it. So instead of trying to fix thing, they add RTO into the mix. They just don't care.
