All this tough talk about quitting is just noise. When reality hits, 99% of people will swallow their pride and comply, even when it comes to RTO. If employees had real leverage, companies wouldn’t need layoffs. The truth is we’re disposable, and everyone knows it.

lmao, the entire team I was on turned over twice in the last year. But also yes, employees do not have enough leverage so long as the job market remains sh-t, and so long as they don't organize broadly.
Enough of this cr-p. Time to unionize. Look at what UPS drivers were able to get. They need us more than we need them!
