For the first time in a while, I’m actually optimistic about this company’s future. We desperately needed a shakeup at the top and now we’re finally getting it. Let's see what's going to follow.

AM could not wait for a global role while she was in APLA. It was a bummer to feel that she didn’t want to be there when many of us are passionate about growing the Geo and enabling the territories
Connecting with your team and advocating for them is the bare minimum for ANY people manager. It’s sad that people think this automatically qualifies someone to be president and just shows how far expectations have fallen. Nike needs someone who can actually grow the business in innovative, cutting-edge, and brand correct ways. This is the same woman who greenlit the SKIMS collab and led the women’s business for the last few years FFS!
I worked in APLA for many years. AM connected with our team better than any leader in the past. She really fought for us. Made changes and created a positive culture in her short time. Now that HON and her manipulative way is gone AM is the fixer this company needs.
Same circus, different clowns.
AM does not have an original thought in her head. What success has she actually achieved? Really? She’s never left Beaverton!
It’s all more of the same.
What kind of track record does AM have? Great that HON is gone, but are we really happy about these other promotions…??
You might be excited HON is gone, but the consequences of the other associated changes are very bad. PM leading Innovation, design and product!? Wow. Just wow. Exodus incoming
CW on footwear? What?
AM? Ok. Great if this is 2010, but not 2025
