Saw someone post reorg before wellness week with RTO expected after.
Can anyone verify? Other announcements coming the next few days and weeks?

God forbid they give us enough desks or working equipment beforehand
Food and family gym is the only grease they have to make RTO slide in easier.
Can I just remind everyone that we have already returned to office! Friday is not really work from home - its get caught up from 4 days of all day meetings where nothing gets accomplished - where your creativity gets crushed - where your moral and enthusiasm dissolves by a useless gaslighting outdated patriarchal hierarchy

RTO is happening everywhere not just with white CEOs. Why make that part of the conversation when it has zero relevance.
EH will do what every other privileged white guy CEO is doing. RTO mandate to thin the herd.
