Any word on RIF’s? It’s concerning certain teams got not merit increases.

Pretty sure that this year, more than 3% was projected to be needed to pace inflation. Something like 5-6% was needed I think. During covid, it was like 11% needed. Even with raises, we literally have less spending power year over year for the past decade at 3%.
@a6+1jtg80nam If you got 3%, you are paid as if you learned nothing useful at Fiserv and your experience with Fiserv isn't respected. Same story either way.
If you didn't get 3%, you're essentially getting a pay cut since your spending power is less with inflation. Start applying for companies that respect you.
