I don't understand why (1) anyone would provide actual input on how they felt when their livelihood and (2) why someone would not fill out the survey. Just give the highest rating to all questions and no comments. That's all that management wants to hear. No real change has come from the VOE and the unique url just means they are looking to single out people who are foolish enough to provide real feedback. Everyone I know who has provided anything less than the highest marks over the years has been walked out the door, forced out or left on their own accord.

If leadership really wanted to learn what they can do better it would be completely anonymous and optional. The constant badgering to get the survey done and competition between tower leads has the opposite impact that employee surveys should have with an organization.

Claude's identification of "key themes" seems to miss some big ones. For some reason, these were omitted:
Management competency (including knowing my contributions to the department)
Performance Measurement and Pay (forced rank distribution and inadequate raises)
Employee Motivation Killers (DEI promotions, favoritism)

Do more with less has been the mantra for 50 years. Not new. VOE would reveal only happiness

I’ve been monitoring the discussion and can help at any time.

The discussion threads reveal several key themes:
Many users describe experiencing a negative work culture, with complaints about management, work-life balance issues, and a “do more with less” approach that several employees find frustrating. Some former employees report being happier after leaving the company.
The forum contains discussions about past and rumored future layoffs, with users speculating about company strategy and sharing personal experiences with termination processes.
There are numerous threads about performance management practices, including discussions about the company’s performance improvement plans (PIPs) and management practices that some users feel are unfair.
The site also features practical information exchanges, such as discussions about benefits, COBRA health insurance costs, and retirement planning for former employees.
