Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Learn how Frank Bisignano is trying to sc--w the rest of the country like he is Fiserv

https://notmyoligarchy.wordpress.com/2025/05/03/the-man-who-let-the-doge-in/

Frank has been called "Mr. Slash and Burn", and by researching how he became one of the highest paid CEOs, we see how disposable he treats the workforce, YOU guys, the REAL people who make up Fiserv. Without you, there is no company, yet he continues to bootlick, lay off, and grease up the right palms so that he and his wife can obtain as much money and power as they can get.
The Senate vote for final approval is May 6, and if he treats SSA like he does one of his companies, we are truly sc--wed.
How has he messed up YOUR job? YOUR security? YOUR future?

Normally, I wouldn’t wish FB on anyone but SSA needs it. They need to go back into the office and do some actual work.

Slashing the work force is EXACTLY what they want to do to tank the SSA. Bump off the work force until service degrades to a mess. Then point out how big of a mess it all is. Then get people to join you wanting the program dissmantled because it's a mess. Finally redistribute that money into the oligarchs hands while leaving the working class with no safety net at all so we'll all work to the bone with our replacements behind us begging for food and a place to live.

The recent outage can all be traced to Franks cuts and slashes. Period! Talant gone. Resouces gone. Folks with bad attitudes do to Franks actions. I'm done for the day no matter what practice (yes during the P2) brought on by Franks mandates. Fiserv is its own enemy now thats to Frank and his minions.

He really is terrible. He ruined Fiserv. I wish they kept that list of worst CEO’s in the Fortune 500 going.

Government wise, he can fu-k some sh-t up if he keeps his political career going. I would obviously not vote for him and I’m a Republican. Lol.

Frank is a disgrace. The picture of what not to do as a CEO. Anyone can do cuts, big deal. He’s never “built” anything in his entire career.

Frank is perfect for this administration. Incompetent, amoral, selfish, greedy, cruel. He ticks all the boxes! If he can get his flu--er act going, no telling how far he can go.

Yes...Frank is leaving behind a dumpster fire, but Frank can only reduce head count and ki-l morale (both things that he excels at btw). Only Congress can really change things that would materially impact SS. Please stop with the political fear rhetoric. You become no better than any of the sl--e in DC when you say that nonsense and your argument becomes devalued.

He erased work-life balance. Our industry can easily take over your life due to the nature of the job. It's not like other jobs where you need to be physically present to interact with patients or students or customers at a single location. And depending on your role, you can easily average a 10 hour per day. This is in addition to commute time. I've heard of folks averaging a 2 hour commute each way. That's 4 hours per day round trip x 5 days per week. So that's 20 hours commute time + 50 work week= 70 hours of your life per week to do a job in office that you successfully did remotely for 2 years during COVID and that other employers aIlow to be done remotely.

Then, there's the Sapience software that clocks our work hours and clicks on company devices. Why TF do you need Sapience if we're mandated to be in office? Either do the Sapience and allow us to work remotely or have us work in office and eliminate the Sapience. Having both is ridiculous and simply adds another drop of bitterness to the cup.

I know many are mocking this post saying cry me a river, but hear me out. What do these work conditions do you our mental and physical health, family lives, and company morale in the long term? Did we not meet our work obligations during the pandemic? Do many of our competitors not outperform us in multiple areas while allowing remote work?

Why are Frank and his minions so heavy-handed with these policies and how many more good people will the company lose because of them?

And this is just the low handing fruit. God help the product development side because what incentive is there to stay at Fiserv anymore?

Frank is leaving behind a dumpster fire and I pray Congress does it job and bring him to heel when he leads the SS Admin. That mother effer is going to slash and burn the Admin and turn it into a dumpster fire too, sc--wing over the millennials and Gen Z.
