I’m also betting on 25%. In the range of an extra $500-2000 for the non-executives among us.

People keep looking at the stock price and assume the company is tanking.

PSP stands for Profit Sharing Plan. Nike's revenue growth may have stalled or backtracked slightly (which is why the stock declined), but Nike is still making huge profits. Nike's gross profit last year was $22.88 billion. For FY25, gross profit will still be more than $20 billion, even with tariff uncertainty and revenue stagnation.

Should be zero since the brand is in the toliet. No one has earn an extra dollar, unless a $55 stock is a reflection on good performance. Boring product, a Skims partnership because they can't get women's right and a number of bad decisions.

Plan for 0% and hope for the minimum 25%. Nearly every company is expecting or experiencing hard times. Outside of the aberration that was COVID, this last year and the next could be the hardest ones for Nike yet. We'll be lucky to not have to accept pay cuts (assuming you're not cut entirely) if things keep going the way they are trending.

I think whatever you got last year, we'll be lucky to have half of that, haven't heard anything for or against....seem to remember something about getting "something" around 6 months ago...that was the last murmur....I will say, there is a tone of desperation in the air....

Little to none, be thankful if we keep our jobs.

Retention isn’t an issue given everyone else is laid off, or laying off people too, no one is hiring

  • 10%. Pay the company 10% for not working and wasting your time on layoff. Go ask your manager or HR Mr. Bozo
