It seems to me that the leadership is convinced that it is doing great things and therefore ignores the fact that this company urgently needs more innovation. This would include assessing existing business plans and aligning with external factors. Do you think that our leaders will finally recognize that we need to show more innovation?

And when they do innovation, it is just create something and shove it out the door with limited strategy or analysis. Think Go90.
Innovation? Lol we need to be able to first do our jobs. My systems crash 5x a day while working with customers and other departments.

Innovation took a backseat with the myopic focus on 5Ghee as the savior to all the companies problems. Such a disappointment.
They can't recognize that raising prices and having a deteriorating network is costing us customers left and right, they think selling insurance for your TV or selling an Xbox is innovative.
