I know Frank personally. If you are safe you know it. It’s for a solid reason. If you don’t have that solid reason you are not safe. Very few people are really safe. Is it better to stay or go? My advice if if you are not safe it’s better to go. You will find companies that are more employee centric if you look around.

A lot stay for clients and the guilt of leaving other co-workers holding up impossible work loads.
Is Frank's strategy to make life he-l for certain clients and workers so they leave on thier own? Does he want to destroy the buisnesses of his clients?
OP knows Frank personally, aka with his throat and hands.
I’m the original poster. I do know Frank personally but not a fan. To clarify - if you’re safe it’s because, due to some direct connection to him, he knows or is assured you are necessary for him to succeed - then you are safe. All others are expendable. My advice still is the same. If you’re not safe leave. There are many companies that are more employee focused (Fiserv sets a very low bar - nice work Tony!). It’s too bad you lost your company to Frank but that’s what happened.
Are you part of his daily sausage fest?
I’m safe. I’m nowhere near Clover, I mean Frankserv. Left long ago. Not concerned with Frankie. Sympathetic with those I know who are still there.
I know Frank too! We meet almost every morning for breakfast sausage and I don't feel safe.
I know Frank personally.
My condolences.
