Hour long calls keeping managers off the floor!?

The AN has a new queen tyrant we’ll call her miss G. Not only has the micro managing gone crazy under Flood that results in cr-p ton of calls, pressure and reporting but now Miss G has her territory on a hour long call belittling them for not having 2 phone adds by 3pm EVERYDAY including Saturdays! Hello, stores have another 4-6 hours of business and you’re also removing a manager to help sell for an hour! Very very tough to stay positive

This company is sinking , it has been for many years!! The issue is the pressure that Floody and every higher manager is putting on stores is pretty much telling stores to do what ever it takes to get new lines in turn is causing churn which isn’t really gaining a new subscriber to the company… we are like rats just spinning a wheel and not gaining any ground . I can tell you that in Southern New England the 3 o clock call is a waste of time , you put everyone on the call to explain why you don’t have 2 new lines by 3 pm and the attitude or tone that HayC has is disgust …you’re disgusted ? That we are in the trenches and dealing with cr-p all day and you think it’s that easy to get new lines? Ok …..well we all thought you were gonna be different but your true HayC colors are now shining through

Flood has been underwater for years...needs a bunch of support people to explain stuff to him as he's not that bright.
Anyway, I hope he saved a lot of that big salary, for his sake. The ride up the ladder was quick but the fall off the ladder is faster and more painful.

I would love to see these senior directors practice what they preach.

Back in the day, our Market VP would put his money where his mouth was. He would roll up his sleeves and show how to get sh-t done.

Now? Everyone is a fu--ing Yesman regurgitating the same talk track from the top of the food chain.

No one has the ability (or the stones) to be critical anymore. I would live to see KZ use personal shopper, let me know how many fu-k ups he creates just trying to activate a CLNR. Or Sampath spend an hour explaining to some vendor he is trying to clear out a pending order to get the POS to activate an AAL.

Try dealing with a racist director in STL along with the numbers down our throats.

Making people spend the first half of their day dreading a phone call is hardly inspiring leadership

Best decision you can make is to get out while you can. After 10 years in retail, I left and haven't looked back. The grass is definitely greener on the other side.
