Employees tend to leave when you give them a five year old laptops that has a hand crank to start it.
Employees also leave when their wifi at home is faster and more reliable that the wifi at the office.
If your employer aka Fiserv demands five days a week in the office make sure it's an office or nice cube. My office at Fiserv is a rolling desk that's pretty small and very close to my covers rolling desks
I left just before the merit-based increase that's less than a cost-of-living adjustment.
