The train is going downhill, sales are losing deals, and new logos aren’t coming. Renewals are dropping significantly.
More layoffs are inevitable

There's nothing that any of us in sales can do to stop our customers moving to Microsoft. It's a low-risk shift to a company where they already have a trusted relationship.
"CEO is less useful than a paper weight or door stop."
And he's surrounded by direct reports who have no proven turnaround experience. That's a huge shortcoming for a vendor that faces so many challenges, from the slow development of new capabilities to the broken marketing & sales process. Meanwhile, our customers resist any attempt to put a positive spin on what comes next. They look at KKR's track record and are deeply concerned. No renewals are safe bets.
@cn+1jt4n8g4n - ship is already parked in graveyard. Waiting for scrappers to break it.....
Agreed! The numbers don't lie... and its hard for management to sugar coat things. The ship has been taking in water for a long time now and WILL EVENTUALLY SINK!
Once it becomes clear that people will be getting peanuts for a severance package, many will automatically leave which will add to the chaos. The sales team is tired of lying to the customers and the customers are already seeing the gaps in the products and how it has lost its relevance to today's world and technology. Games over!
This is exactly why Broadcom dumped our EUC BU. They have a track record of harvesting the remaining profit from CA and Symantec, following these two failed turnaround attempts. They know what a declining enterprise software business looks like.
It's a fact, even once KKR decides to replace Omnissa's leadership team, the outcome is somewhat predictable. They have to continue the headcount cuts. We're doomed.
Well.. management is not exactly Ivy League material or suitable to run an actual business. KKR should have replaced them long ago. CEO is less useful than a paper weight or door stop.
