It was MUFG light, now it is USAA light
It is really sad how hard some work and get no credit or recognition. There are others that are doing nothing and no one seems to care.
What was a great department (and two very good heritage departments) was destroyed by one new executive that was finally let go after running off all of the good leaders in the group. Now we are trying to play catchup and stop the bleeding of good talent leaving. The ones of us that are still here are over worked and under appreciated and as new hires come in we are looked down upon as second class. Not a great situation unfortunately.

Do not worry you do not need audit experience we hired a Senior Audit Manager with no audit experience. Anything to fill a seat. So you need to lead and supervise audits, who cares.
