The most likely scenario will be that HPE will sue Juniper to try to get out of paying, and Juniper will counter-sue. Take a look at what's happening with Kroger's attempt to buy Albertsons. None of the employees are seeing the money. It's magical thinking to believe that HPE will write a check for nearly a billion dollars, shrug their shoulders, and say, "Sorry, we tried."
