I have a theory that they’re trying to avoid another reputation hit like they got a couple years before when they laid off thousands. So now they’re firing a few at a time every week-month on my side, for fake employee reviews. For ex, told us to work on a special project then a week later wrote some up for working the assigned project and called it “cherry picking”. Wrote some up for avoiding work/no tasks completed in system when they were verified in a meeting with management at the time of no tasks worked. It goes on and on but the gaslighting has been utterly disgusting. I’ve never seen toxicity like this before. It’s been mind boggling. These are people that have been here for years and never called out, etc. It’s been wild to see and now experience since I’m next now with the targeting 🙃
@dg+1jt226whw There is an actual layoff coming, and that's why we use this site. SMH

Let's see what happens with the Medicare filing and open enrollment. Earnings publish3d tomorrow. You can only blame overutilzation for so long.
Here we go again the 'big layoff coming crew'
They were wrong about April so post the same stuff for May.
Remote engineers no work for 10 years
55 employees within Aetna's "Carefree" insurance services.
While I feel badly for the 55 employees, these smaller cuts are business as usual.
