Product is sitting on its hands. Blaming RM and Sales for the problems. Service is horrid. Clients do not even complain anymore, they are leaving by the dozen every single day. We have no story, we have no message. Gabbon does not understand the business, his Product leaders are useless and his Sales guy is even more useless. Didn't the dude sell Cards stuff only. And now we have him over everything?? No wonder we are tanking. We made up a BS role for the old Cards head. Chaos all around and these people are leading us to darkness. Time for the good ones to leave now before the sink ships entirely. Bye Bye!

a new org chart came out today and it does not show MW as being a deputy head of FIG anymore, did he already get bumped out of that role? He is one of the few that has any credibility left.
Sales goals are atrocious this year and everyone is scrambling. If you log on at 10pm, the amount of work you can get done is crazy because there are so many people having to work to keep up with the work load. People are actually replying to emails.
Money could fall out of the sky and make us all rich. Fiserv could give merit increases that match inflation. Rainbows and unicorns could do a better job at leading this company. But none of this is going to happen.
Theoretical possibility will be prevented by Fiserv reality.
This is not a new thing at Fiserv or elsewhere. It's what sales does: anything to seal the deal
Term fees are the cash cow for clover, just look on Reddit/small business threads and you'll see how many people complain about clover cancellation fees, being charged hundreds or thousands of dollars to leave clover, when they realize it charges too much or doesn't work as they had hoped.
Sales is constantly overpromising and then everyone else gets left to handle the mess they create. Almost completely lost a big client because the system 1000% could not do something Sales sold the client on. And who had to figure out how to save the deal - PMs and myself. It's exhausting cleaning up after them.
PD has zero backbone. How can he be the one that is honest. He is survival mode like the rest of the BS SLT with master manipulator Gabboon the Horrible.
The new role PD (cards guy) is moving into has a LOT of potential. The fact we haven’t really had and cross business, quality focused, oversight organization before is insane. Having someone who may finally be honest with the SLC about why fake metrics being green don’t make clients happy COULD turn things around. As messy as it is, Fiserv genuinely does have the potential to be the absolute best service provider in the business and a fantastic strategic partner for clients, we just need to get a handle on selling our REAL products, not vapor-ware and then supporting those products.
Sales over promise on things they no nothing about. They have no clue out operations work and the support system when it comes to the client. F**k sales !!
Don't lie, we are making lots of money on something called "term fees" - we gonna ride this rocket to the moon - you just wait and see!
All we need to do is get new clients in. Once they see what it is like - they will gladly pay to get out!
