I quit because of RTO and 9 hour bs

and sapience
and delayed salary increase
and reduced salary increase
and reduced bonus
and $billions in share buybacks but zero for employees
and cr-ppy laptops
and nepotism
and horrendous SVP
and RTO
and poor morale
and lack of backfills to save $
and piling on work for SMEs
and mega bonus for execs
and lack of career opportunities
and can only ever score a meets expectations
….
AND SO SHOULD YOU!

It’s far better out here!

Just quit for the exact same reasons and I am 1 million times happier working fully remote for $12,000 more a year and my gym membership is paid as a company benefit. Run, do not walk, to the nearest exit.

Bet you aren’t over 50 making over $100k. That’s why some of us stay. It ain’t easy out there to find a job.

Same here and found way better elsewhere, where work-life balances is respected and I don't have to work 50-60 hours a week just to keep up with workload, and I WFH 3 days guaranteed. Did the math and even making the same salary, I'm technically making more per hour. Way better benefits too, and none of the Big Brother Fiserv obsessive monitoring and micromanagement. Being treated like the responsible adult I am makes such a huge difference in work happiness.
